A New Little Cousin Recently Arrived!!

Congratulations to my brother Edward and his wife Whitney on their sweet baby girl, Stella! She was born Jan. 8th and she is precious. I'm so happy for them (also, I get a baby-fix and a little-girl-fix all in one! yeah!). Branson and Holden are both excited about having a new baby cousin. Holden is especially excited to meet her ~ that boy adores babies!

Just a few Christmas gifts below...

I know... I know, where in the world have I been?! Busy okay! It takes time and effort to update this thing, and even more effort since I am a BIG procrastinator and just kept trying to put it off; distractions, laziness, lack of time, other to-do things, birthday parties, etc. etc. But... I'm back now and hope to be a little better about our updates going forward. Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! I know I just kinda breezed over them without mention on this blog, but I have a few pictures to show from Christmas time and just so you know we had a fun one this year. The boys got spoiled by Santa and by all of their wonderful grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends - so much stuff! But they loved it ALL! I think next year will really be fun to experience with them. (Poor Santa though, I can see how he is going to have it a little harder each year. Who knew?!) Lately, the funniest thing that the boys love to do is play Hide-n-Seek! It is hilarious. They were first hiding out (together) in plain sight - middle of the floor or hallway - and always going back to the same spot! Now they are 'getting it' and will go behind a door or chair; or under the dining room table. They scream and get sooooo excited when we play. It's their favorite thing to play right now... so much fun. They can't help but give themselves away when they are hiding... it's like they can't contain their excitement once I get close to finding them. Too funny.

Making each other laugh!

It's very entertaining these days as the boys interact so much more with each other and often try to crack the other one up. Usually it's Branson doing something and all you hear is belly laughs from Holden. It's pretty funny to observe them in action. Not sure how Branson got his hands on this diaper (it's a clean one by the way) but he decides to put it on and say it's his "hat". Well this really tickled Holden's funny bone!

Beards
