Snow at the Beach?!

Well, it DID snow at the beach! Feb. 12th we went to Myrtle Beach for my birthday weekend (change of scenary is good for the sanity) and had a really fun weekend! We got a bonus - SNOW! It was fun building a snowman and having snowball fights! Branson and Holden had so much fun. Ashley had to remind me that "head shots" are illegal; what?! neither boy seemed to mind. A little snow upside your head never hurt anyone! hee hee

Also, Sunday while we were down there was Valentine's Day so we met up with my sister and her family for a Blues Brunch at the House of Blues. It was so yummy (all kinds of wonderful southern cooking!) and some good ole blues music too! Well, the funny thing is that when the lead singer said he was going to need some help ~ a choir, to come up on stage and help him sing ~ I thought Holden was going to push me over trying to get up there! Yes, you heard me... quiet little Holden! He was front and center clapping and singing like he was in a Southern Baptist Church. Hysterical!! I urged his cousin Emma to go up there to in case he suddenly got scared; they were so cute up there together just having a good ole time.
